We must exercise every day. Exercise keeps our body fit protects us from illness. As foods are important for you,  exercise is also the same. Practice exercising every day to stay fit. Exercise is an activity that increases fitness and healthy.

1.      Exercise: 

Exercise means physical activity. For example, walking, running, gym …..etc. Exercise can be avoided by diseases. It helps for increases body strength, tolerance  and bones are strong.

 

2.      Types of Exercise: 

There are different ways of exercise, which are imports from stamina, balanced, and flexibility. Most people pay attention to the same kind of exercise, they think that it is enough for them, but exercises are different methods. Doing all the exercise in the best way will give you more benefits. By doing all the methods of exercise you will not be bored and the chance of injury will also be less.

 

i.       Strength Exercise:

Strength training keeps your muscles tone. It also increases their size, to strengthen the body, body muscles need to work against some types of regiments.

 

ii.      Weight training :

Weight training is a great way to boost strength and endurance if practiced carefully. Apart from aerobic training, resistance training can cause small micro-tears in the muscles. Small micro-tears mean - when you lift any type of weight, muscle fibers will tear down a bit and recover again when you get the right amount of protein. Weight training is of two types- free weight and weight machines.

  

iii.     Flexibility :                         

Strong muscles are essential for movement and flexibility can help your muscles and joints move properly. Flexibility reduces the chance of muscle injury. In a way, stretching should be done before and after other types of exercise. Stretching can make you feel good. You may suffer if you do not exercise properly. Other activities which help to increase flexibility like yoga.

 

 

 

iv.     Stamina :

Stamina means how much exercise you can do without getting tired. Aerobic exercise strengthens your heart and lungs, which increases your endurance. This is also an excellent form of exercise for burning calories and fat. If you have been doing weight training for several days, you can do some other activity- such as running, cycling,  swimming, etc.

 

 

3.  Rules of exercise:

 

If you don’t know the rules of exercising, you may suffer a lot.

 

---- Its important to warm up before you begin exercising. This will open up muscles and reduce the risk of injury. Do some activities like jogging slowly in the warm-up, moving your hands, feet, or jumping in one place. Give yourself minutes to warm up.

---- Stretching open up the muscles, so it won’t strain your muscles. It also helps to relieve the pain after performing a brisk exercise. So do stretching before and after you exercise.

 

 

4.      Benefits of exercise:

Exercise helps to increase muscles and bones and keep them strong. Physical activity like lifting weights and being combined with adequate protein intake can stimulate muscle building. This increases muscle mass and reduces the risk of injury. As a result of growing age, muscles lose flesh and weak bones, making injury easier. Exercise regularly reduces the risk of muscle damage and increases the strength of those muscles.

 

 

Conclusion :

Exercise is an energy booster for healthy people, as well as an energy booster for those suffering from many medical problems. Also, exercise increases chronic fatigue and energy levels of people suffering from other illnesses. However, exercise is considered to be more effective than relaxation and stretching therapy.
